A transport pallet, hand-carved during a three-day stay in the forest. Equipped with only basic tools and minimal supplies, I shaped the pallet manually using a hatchet, a knife, and a handsaw.
This mass-produced object — a symbol of a productivist and consumer-driven society — is, for once, made slowly, by hand, and in nature. The performance questions industrial production methods and the way we perceive standardized objects that define our everyday lives.
The entire process was filmed and presented as a short film.

Palette de transport taillée à la main lors d’une immersion de trois jours en forêt.
Munis d’outils rudimentaires et du strict minimum, je sculpte à la main, à l’aide d’une hachette, d’un couteau et d’une scie, une palette de transport.
Objet industriel emblématique d’une société productiviste et consumériste, la palette est ici fabriquée lentement, à la main, en pleine nature. Cette performance interroge nos modes de production et la perception des objets standardisés qui façonnent notre quotidien.
L’ensemble du processus a été filmé et présenté sous forme de court métrage.
